Recently Bryken has invested heavily in new machinery to take its capability in delivering precision engineering parts to the earth moving, hydraulic, high voltage electrical and oil and gas industries to a new level.

In October a new Citizen M32 arrived and an additional machine arriving in March 2015. As well as this Bryken has taken delivery of two new Sigma 32 machines.

Bryken has more than 50 machines

Phil Taylor, Director at Bryken commented, “To remain at the forefront in precision engineering component parts each year we invest heavily in new machinery. These new arrivals take our total capability to over 50 machines enabling us to deliver specialist component parts during the busiest of periods.”

The Sigma range is characterised by its excellent swarf removal capacity and extremely user-friendly kinematics. Using 6 linear axes and two C axes, the kinematics are symmetrical and programmed like two 3-axis machines, making them extremely easy to use.

The Citizen M32 machine’s all round combination of flexible tooling, large tool capacity, and outstanding ease of use has made the M32 a massive success story this century.

Phil added, “As technology advances we want to make sure we are able to meet the needs of our clients and remain at the forefront of our industry. Continual investment in machinery and our expert team of engineers ensures our clients receive the highest quality components delivered to the highest tolerances."
